November Wisconsin Farm Prices

Monthly Wisconsin Farm Prices have been recorded from the United States Department of Agriculture National Agricultural Statistics Service.

Here is what you need to know about the prices in Wisconsin from November:

  • Wisconsin Farmers received 50 cents higher per hundredweight (cwt) of milk with a price of $19.00 per cwt. This is 30 cents higher than November of 2016.
  • The U.S. milk market was recorded 90 cents lower than Wisconsin’s price. Michigan has the lowest price at $16.60 per cwt.
  • Corn was $3.12 a bushel for WI farmers in November 2017, down by 14 cents from October.
  • Up 18 cents from last month, Soybeans were sold at $9.40 per bushel this past November.
  • Oat prices were also up, with the average selling price nearly $3.00 per bushel.
  • All hay prices in Wisconsin averaged $131.00 per ton in November, up over $35 from November of 2016.
