Agent Referral Program offers cash for referring high-quality agent prospects
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Agents, employees of Rural Mutual and Wisconsin Farm Bureau, and County Farm Bureau board members are eligible for the referral cash. Rural Mutual’s Executive Team members, Human Resource Department personnel, District Managers, and Director of Sales are not eligible.
WHAT IS A NEW AGENT PROSPECT?
An agent prospect is considered “new” as long as they are not a re-hire within the last three years, no Agent Referral Bonus has been paid previously, and is not transferring from one agency to another.
HOW does IT WORK?
From January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025, the person who refers the new agent prospect will receive cash as follows:
- $1,500 after the prospect signs the Financed Agent contract and is in good standing at the end of 90 days
- $1,000 after one year of contract status with Rural Mutual
Cash amounts will be directly deposited.
