For the THIRD straight year, Rural Mutual received a spot on the Madison Magazine Best Places to Work List!
The only way to be named to this list is by first a nomination from an employee to be considered and then a vote of confidence in the form of an anonymous survey.
“This is a great tribute to all at Rural. We continually try to separate ourselves from others in many different ways,” says Peter Pelizza, Executive Vice President and CEO.
About the list
The Best Places to Work survey was done by an independent third party, Quantum Workplace, utilizing ten key factors: team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling value, manager effectiveness, compensation, benefits, individual contribution, trust in co-workers, job satisfaction, and retention.
Once data collection was complete, Quantum conducted a rigorous security audit to verify all surveys. The results were compiled and analyzed to determine which organizations have the highest levels of employee engagement. The twenty-six businesses profiled in the Madison Magazine story ranked the highest in these categories.
